Can blood cells be ticklish?

Sometimes I get this weird trigger feeling like my blood is poking my muscles the same way a child would poke poop with a stick. You know that feeling when it seems like a bug is crawling on your arm but nothing is there? Imagine that but under your skin.

Yes, I have this happen too, its from blood being too thick in spots from clotting too much, it means you need water.
