Does my voice sound too soft? What could I do to emasculate it more?

This is what my voice sounds like. I feel like its too high-pitched and feminine. However, the customers don't seem to mind; in fact, I get asked about it a lot. One customer even told me I sound just like Reba Mcentire😂😂

I think your voice sounds fine the way it is. It’s hard to tell cause you’re definitely using your customer service voice here. I think we all raise the pitch of our voice a little bit when talking to customers

All I can say is try and embrace it as much as you can. I personally hate my voice as well (not sure how many people actually like their voice tbh), but I just work with what I have.

I just get called ma'am a lot even though I identify as a heterosexual Cis Male. However, I don't always correct anyone, as the accent and voice seem to work to the advantage most of the time. In some places, they can tell I'm not in that region but in the South/Midwest. it seems to work pretty good

Over the phone is always hard especially when dealing with customers who don't pay attention. I have been sir'd before and I've had my name butchered on multiple occasions. I'm from South Texas but I really don't have an accent so people get that wrong too.

I used to do character voices so I know a little bit about moving my voice around. You need to get used to talking more from your chest.

Yes, your voice doesn't sound all that bad. All my life, people would mistake me for being a female, and it makes me want to scream. So I don't correct people no more.
