What else should I consider doing?
I do sports with my PT like CrossFit and goes to the gym. I watch my diet carefully, swim regularly, practice stretching yoga moves, and visit the sauna to relax. Additionally, I'm taking a Russian course and I try to improve me English (that's not my first language) Apart from these activities, I don't do much else. However, I've been feeling bored lately. I even find myself doing makeup and taking care of myself just out of boredom.
Despite all of this, it still doesn't satisfy me, and I'm starting to find it monotonous after a while. Do you have any ideas on what else I can do?

Here are some ideas for activities you could do this summer:
• Volunteer - Look for volunteer opportunities in your community. You could volunteer at an animal shelter, school, library, food bank, nursing home, etc. Volunteering is a rewarding way to fill your time and meet new people.
• Pick up a new hobby - Learn to paint, knit, crochet, woodwork, play an instrument, do pottery, learn to code, etc. Local community centers and hobby shops often offer affordable classes.
• Join a summer sports league - Sign up for a recreational softball, kickball, volleyball, ultimate frisbee, flag football, etc. league. This is a fun way to stay active and socialize.
• Take an in-person class - Sign up for a photography, cooking, yoga, crafting, gardening or other fun class that meets in person. The structure and social aspect can ward off boredom.
• Go on day trips - Plan day excursions to attractions, state parks, hiking trails, beaches, farmers markets, museums, etc. near you. Getting out of the house can provide new experiences.
• Try a new restaurant - Make it a goal to try one new restaurant per week. Search Yelp and get recommendations from friends. Good food never gets old!
• Read more books - Set a reading challenge for yourself. Pick genres you don't normally read to mix it up. Audiobooks are great for busy schedules too.
• Learn video editing or photography - Pick up a new digital skill by taking online courses or watching tutorials on YouTube.
Hope this gives you some inspiration! Summer is a great time to pick up a new hobby, volunteer your time, explore your local area and learn something new. Let me know if you have any other questions.
One option, if you have a microphone, is to record audiobooks. It takes time and clear enunciation, but you'll learn about recording naturally over time, and lets you give someone a very personalized gift that doesn't cost you anything. If you find you enjoy it, you could even volunteer over at Librivox, which does recordings of public domain books, and is always looking for new talent.
