If the towel dispenser had the lever that you had to push to get towels, I dry my hands on my pants. You don't know who touched it last and if they even washed their hands. They might just need a towel to blow their nose or something

I do wash well with soap to make sure my hands are clean.

Yes, though not my arms unless there is something visible on them but I make sure I wash my wrists always.

Having worked in hospitality around food. I definitely do these things, except the brush part.

The only thing I don't do is using a brush.
