My skin tone is kind of not too dark not too fair

But my dolphin is much darker than anything in my body

I heard one of my friend who is quite fair say his banana is brown , again darker in comparison to his normal skin tone

So is it the same with others?

Yes mine is dark because I sunbathe it for testosterone production. Especially when it's erect while tanning, then when it's flaccid the skin is more compressed. You produce melanin for the surface area of an erect one and all that melanin is compacted into a flaccid one. Of course it is darker. ﾠ

Im arab but pretty white tho i can get very tanned and yes my uncut dick is very dark comparing to my body color , its like choclate brown but the head is more like purple , so its also important if you cut or uncut cuz the forskin is always darker than the head and the inner part of the cock
