Yeah. Remember the roles aren't evil... male bees/wasps exist primarily to increase the speed a colony can adapt to new environments across generations

That's because males are dispensable. The whole point of males existing is that we are under a stringent pressure to be capable and competent. So we prove ourselves by competing, one of those ways we compete is fighting

It is, fundamentally. We don't get to choose what we are meant to do all the time. That's a very human delusion
