i’ve been getting them since i was five and had one last night

I have a theory on those that and anxiety do you know what caused it

I think I've only had one in my life but I didn't even have it I started to have it but I didn't have time

I was going to Washington and I got up into Oregon and was towing my boat up to Washington and was going across the bridge and all of a sudden hit black ice and towing a boat and hitting black guys is no fun I freaked for maybe about a split second and then I had to guess guess the throttle to get out of it and that was even crazier cuz we were heading right off the edge we were going to hit that guard rail and we would have climbed right up over it that boat pushing us

My brother is in the passenger seat and I think his butt squeeze the seat so tight IT raised me up in there a little bit and he's telling me not to hit the brakes don't hit the brakes on his brakes and I have my foot on the throttle gas in it trying to get out of it and he's going to hit the throttle no no no gas sorry bro that's the only way out and then after that once I got everything straightened out I was too worn out to have a panic attack maybe it was a heart attack LOL no let me know on that because I want to ask you a couple questions and see if something happens to you right before you have these attacks

Yes, that is how I got approved for disability income plus I have other mental health illnesses and trust me the feeling is horrible. I have been on disability since age 21 and trust me it's a rough road for sure.

Yeah. When I was younger I'd get them. It makes you feel like you're going crazy, you get numb/discomfort, and you shake a lot. I remember I once pulled a muscle from the shaking, so I had trouble walking until I figured out how to pop it back in place.

Unfortunately I had two. One in 2021 (it was the worst day of my life) and another in 2022. I'm sorry you've been having them for so long. It sucks.

Maybe, I think I've had them before. I used to be a very anxious/paranoid kid growing up, so I'm thinking some of my most extreme moments were that or something similar to it. All I can say is that it sucked 😂

Sadly yes, sometimes they were so bad that made me feel like this is the end "last moment alive"... Sometimes it happens without any trigger...
