In the United States it’s called the Land Of The Free & believe me it’s Not Free!
As for me I have health insurance that I pay for & it has dental coverage on it & I also have a secondary dental plan as well. As for me I’m covered for three cleanings & checkups with my plans. On the other hand I’m sure there are programs for free dental for low income families/people or non-residents & the tax payers are floating the bill on that one.

I have a type of pseudo insurance that I get directly through my dental office, I pay 30$ a month and it gets me things like free checkups, x-rays, teeth cleanings, and 15-20% off anything I need to have done at the dental office if I pay in cash stuff like that.

It's not free but it's pretty cheap.

Nope gotta have insurance and even then everything is really expensive. I paid 900 awhile back for my son's tooth to get pulled and two others to get caps. The baby dentist might be more expensive then the adult dentist. Which sucks for everyone with kids.

Only for those on Medicaid (state covered insurance) other wise you pay for the insurance then you have a co pay, good plans you typically pay 20% of what needs done. Cleanings are usually cover on your plan as long as you get it done every 6 months.
