I do, I love hip thrust, cable kickbacks, leg press, the thing where you have a weight in your arms like the booty shelf thing 😂 I usually go 3 times a week but I have been slacking

Personally, no. To be fair I’m naturally thin, curvy, and somehow look fit, so I’ve never felt any sort of drive to work out to change how my body looks. I make sure to walk at least an hour a day to be healthy, but I live in a major city, so I never really have an issue getting in my steps
