Easier said than done. Its a lot cheaper and quicker to consume the crap that prevents us from obtaining a six pack. Supplements, training, healthy food is more costly. There is a time constraint too since you require consistent visits to gym. Plus personal training and gym membership fees. Also, i have noticed those who need to stay fit because their bread and butter depends on it, tend to stay fit in comparison to those who do not possess such a line of field in which it is essential for them. For eg, actors, athletes. They really have to look the part. And they physique and build does give them a functioning edge.
The beer I choose to drink isn't sold in a 6 pack
😆😆
🤣🤣🤣
ty for MHO
cuz they are not that nice. i like a man who looks like he regularly goes to MacDonald but know his limits.
🤣🤣🤣
@GrikGad and how do you know that? I had an ex who was obsessed with the gym but he was so vain and self obsessed. I much prefer a dad bod. You sound like an idiot.
@Samantha36 exactly men obsessed with their body are obsessed with themselves
Abs/six pack aren't attractive. A little belly is way more cute 😍

Abs are a bitch to maintain, especially if you don't eat properly and slack in exercise to build and maintain them.
I have done a good job keeping mine and they are visible, but those lower ones are very difficult to have show unless your body fat is on point for your size. Plus, how many of those are truly there from working out and not photoshop?
It depends on more than just information because it also depends on your genetics/testosterone level. Plus it depends on whether you want it or not meaning you need to be disciplined enough and that´s something most people fail at.
Because they are too busy drinking them than working for them.
Easy said than done LOL
You need to put effort in Ab workouts and have a great control over your diet and essentially bring body fat percentage low enough for abs to be visible
Surely the very simple and logical answer to this must be that not "everyone", me included, wishes to have a six pack! lol
I used to work on my abs a lot and I never really had much of a six pack. I had strong abs. A 200 pound person could stand on my stomach and I could do situps while hanging upside down. A lot of this is genetics.
It takes discipline and hard work.
They are hard to get. If it was easy everyone would do it.
Because yummy food will always win over a 6 pack. You know what else is good in a six pack? Beer.
Because some of us value being healthy more than looking good, and most of us don't really care.
@GrikGad Lyrssoh. Having visible stomach musculature being healthy is every bit as legitimate as phrenology, dude.
Getting a 'six pack' is not just down to exercises that focus on those muscle groups, there is also a genetic component which makes it easier for some to develop a 'six pack', while for others its almost next to impossible, they develop those muscle groups but instead of the bunches that give the 'six pack' look, in others those muscle groups are flatter and more sheet like. Also it takes time and effort and not everyone is inclined to invest that time and effort.
Why bother? I mean, how many apes (as in the animals) do you kmow with a 6 pack?
Thats because it isn't natural.
The idea of the six pack is a purely modern idea of going to the gym.
Except for making you look like an Adonis, it doesn't actually do anything for you.
Priorities, I mean I could also run 100 miles. But don't have the time and energy to train for an ultra-marathon, or a 6-pack either.
because they have too much marketing and boredom and a large food pantry / fridge.
our society is obese...
it takes effort, suffering, commitment, discipline to have those abs. I'm working on mine.
I just came home from getting my six pack. The Heineken 6 pack is in the fridge, minus 1
Because it's hard to get abs. Once you have them you need to make sure you keep working out to keep them. Even with a small person like me that'd be hard.
Because... ''sixpacks'' is for vanity only.
And for those who still 'read' superman comics.
The majority of men in this world mature over time :D
because to most people it is not important to them at all.
It doesn't make me a better person, it just shows I work out a lot.
I have a lot of other things I would rather do with that time.
Because not everyone wants to look like an undernourished lizard.
Some people genuinely have that extra layer and will never get that definition. Most of us are just lazy.
whats it for though? to impress fellow homosexuals at the gym id never go to in the first place because exercise is THE most utterly pointless thing anyone can do?
hmmm
If you already impress your homosexual friends other ways then I guess you don't have to have a six pack.
haha
Because it's a lifestyle, not something that can be obtained like 1,2,3.
It takes discipline. Most people aren't willing to do what's necessary.
Same as why everyone doesn’t have a college degree.
I’m trying to get one. Mine is just about visible but not where I want it to be. I think genetics plays a big role not just diet.
I dont because I’m too lazy
Laziness
