194 this morning. My weight has been between 192 and 197 since I was 19. Laughably I am nearly overweight according to BMI even though my body fat % is slightly under 10%.

146 but it fluctuates. Sometimes a little lower, other times slightly higher. I’m 4’11/5ft so I’m overweight for my height.

  When I gained weight it wasn't distributed evenly across my body. My fat is concentrated on my belly mostly. But I have already lost 20 lbs.
