The fund you cited goes towards, in large part, settlements and payments for mothers who were vaccinated while pregnant. Or the very few cases of rare, legit serious side-effects which should be covered by government programs.

wrong. Scientists covered it up for a decade. Then it was proven and you the taxpayer paid the bill. They do everything they do to hide this. It was proven right in 2010 and they still deny it. What about al the other lawsuits I published there. They need special indemnity laws to protect them and if a successful case is won they taxpayer pays the bill.

I don't hate needles but well remember my trip with Mom and my cousin to the armory where nurses were giving out those sugar cubes with the pink polio vaccine on it. I think we had to go twice. It was smack in the middle of the post WWII baby boom so the lines were about 100 kids long right along with their parent usually a Mom. I always wondered why they stopped the sugar delivery myself..

it was a method to administer the vaccine. it wasn't the sugar cube but the drops. that's the spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down thing.
medicine was disgusting in the old days so they pour the medicine over a sugar cube to make it taste better.

the first polio vaccine was given via a needle. there was a drop method created in 1961
