Girls, Uhm this is for the girlies. Does anyone else have like a hard mass in their breasts? Like the inner part is massive, hard and painless?

I have that except mine gets very painful like chest pains. Immediately I take 800 mg of Ibuprofen to thun my blood and settle down my inflammation. I also take one of those 81 mg aspirin to thin my blood more. That's what they do at the Emergency Room, so that's what I do at home and it stops, then I can go back to sleep again. It's on the right side by the way.
