It feel a bit more relaxed and less physically tense after a long day. It’s been helpful for taking the edge off daily stress, though I have noticed it can occasionally make me feel a bit sleepy or give me a dry mouth. For me, it mostly just takes the edge off my daily stress and helps my muscles unwind a bit before bed so I can actually sleep. It’s definitely not a miracle cure though, and sometimes it just gives me an annoying dry mouth or makes me feel too groggy the next morning if I take too much. I actually found this on CBDNorth when I was looking up what it's even supposed to do, but everyone's body reacts a little differently to it.
