Yes no problem, but also depending on the bike. I've been riding for 20+ years and I have an 1100 cruiser (yamaha Vstar) and an 325 sport bike (yamaha R3). My girl is kind of fat (130 lb) and she rides on the back of either no issues. But with a smaller cc bike like the R3, it is going to affect the acceleration and top speed a little.

If you want to have fat chicks on the back regularly, with no restrictions to speed, I would suggest a 600cc sport bike, like a GSXR, CBRR, R6, or Ninja. Unless you weigh over 200 lb yourself, in which case you might want to up it to a liter (1000cc) bike.

But if you are going to keep to the speed limits of 80-90 kph, and your total combined weight is under 150 kg, you should be fine.
