I would think so I knew of this happening to a girl a number of years ago. She was overweight and continued to bleed ever month and than one day gave birth in the mall restrooms. She decided to raise the baby but yeah, she thought she was just gaining ab lot of weight. It all worked out though, she didn't have time to stress about what she was going to do once it got here.

Yes, kind of hard to get to full term pregnancy and not know unless you're already bigger than a woman who is 9 mos pregnant... I don't know how they don't notice ask the nurse periods either. Some cases are likely more delusional than anything.

My daughter worked with a girl that did not know she was pregnant, She was obese and thought she was just putting on weight. One day at work she complained of abdominal pain. When the ambulance showed up the paramedics said she was in labor. She denied it but like it or not the baby came.

And people say I’m trolling, I’m really not. Honestly everyone is “obese” scientifically. But as you said I think it’s an obvious affect.

So if someone’s body has those traits sexual ed and pregnancy tests should readily available. For everyone’s health.

@OddBeMe This is a true story. My daughter waitressed at a place where we have a summer house. You have to take a ferry to get there. One day this girl has abdominal pains and has to go in the fireboat to the mainland and transferred to an ambulance. A few hours later she gave birth. Everyone at the restaurant just thought she was gaining weight.
