My sister is 6 months pregnant and she's eating much more than before. She rarely had cramps, no morning sickness ever, no swollen feet, no vomiting. But she's eating a lot that it worries us. She doesn't just craves chocolate and sweets but also more food.
She has gained slightly over 20 Ibs by now. Basically she had a practically comfortable pregnancy so far with the only change in her increased appetite. Is this also common? No sickness nor nothing, just her wanting to eat more.

Not all women experience morning sickness. However, women that do experience morning sickness are less likely to have a miscarriage or their child having a birth defect. This is due to the fact that morning sickness typically causes women to avoid certain foods that are dangerous for the developing child during the first trimester.
Well duh. You are eating for 2. So yeah maybe you should be research.
Actually she's having twin girls. It's just that usually it's the morning sickness and feeling nauseous or tiredness symptoms but she had no of those. Her pregnancy is rather relaxing and practically painless, well for now.
My mother had the same thing happen to her. Some woman don't always experience every single symptom.
