I've always struggled with my body image and weight since I was 10, I'm now 26. That's 16 years of an eating disorder, body shamed etc.
I am active. I walk everyday. I can touch my toes. I can do a lot of things. My diet isn't the best but that can be changed.
I'm just terffied of becoming an overweight blob after having a baby. I struggle to lose weight rn as it is and I can't care the thought of being so big that I can't move :(
Is this normal? Any advice would be brilliant thanks.
