hello, I'm going through my first pregnancy and I'm a little scared because of my weight gain. I'm 11 weeks pregnant and have already gained 45 pounds. I know it's strong, I'm starting to be really lazy, I eat a lot of food because I'm still hungry, it's hard for me to breathe. Otherwise, I am happy that the baby is growing. I was at the doctor's three weeks ago, she told me I was gaining a little too much, but it's still good. I think I'll be huge in 9 months. do you think it's good?

No it's not good, I've known women who have had health baby's that have only gained 10 pounds by time they had the baby, that seem like too little to me but gaining 45 in less than 3 months is too much.
At 13 weeks your fetus ( not a baby yet) is like 2.9" long and weights about.8oz (so not even an once, 15oz away from weighing a pound) and is about the size of a pee pod. That's the first thing that came up on google. Google.
Just read a travel size bottle of mouth was, it's 2fl. oz., so it more than twice the weight of your "baby"
The tiniest bottle of hand sanitizer I have is heavier than your baby at 1oz!
The baby is about the size of a finger right now, so all that size is just fat, so it seems a bit excessive.
Oh and fyi, I've heard from pregnant friends part of the Checkups are testing to see if the baby has diabetes, cause the baby can get bakeries inside you even if you don't have it, so you should slow down.

I was about to say it’s normal until you said you’re not even 3 months pregnant yet 😭 I would agree 45 pounds is a bit much. I just looked it up and the fetus would be weighing about.25 oz rn
