Speak with your doctor. You should take care to not overheat and to not stress your pelvic muscles unduly. Swimming is great for pregnant women. Selected core and pelvic exercises are good and will help you a lot to both carry and deliver, but you need expert help to show you which exercise and how to do them.
Selected weights, walking and riding a cycling machine are also good. No running, for obvious reasons.
