i believe there's a misconception, an urologist, would indeed need to visually examine the genitals of their patients to provide better care.

If you are talking about other doctors in general, well doctors differ in expertise, depending on your condition.

For example, if you've had a UTI, you would need to see a doctor that specializes in urology. For heart conditions, you'd need a doctor that specializes in cardiology (cardiologist)
