How many hours of sleep do you get?

For the first while in many many years , or since coming to Thailand , I now always get enough sleep , at least 8 hours , but sometimes 10 , and man it makes a massive difference , going though life , business , travelling , working , I think most people dont get enough sleep.
I think the natural serotonin that I receive from the sun , the swimming , activity , the fact that absolute minimum showers is 2 , following all of these habits , makes me physically spent at the end of the day , and I've just never slept better , plus " Asian hours " of no mornings , this helps a lot also , no alarms ( an horrendous way to wake ) , some cope with it better than others here , for me , that lifestyle works like a gem.
The stress I get , the only stress , still comes from Australia , these makes me recognise that I was under constant stress , but you don't like to admit to that when you are in the middle of it , because you compare yourself to a specialist doctor or the like , I have come to the obvious conclusion , that stress , lack of sleep , poor diet , limited exercise will shorten your life greatly , no matter who you are - I have little of those issues now.
Diet / exercise / sleep / community - The key 4 , you need them all , processed food is not food , and not an option ever , this also interrupts sleep patterns , for every action there is a reaction.
5 -7 usually, which works fine throughout most of the week, but one of those days I need 8 to 9 hours to make up for it. Anymore than that, then I am tired from oversleeping.
I try to have 7-8 h. It is the optimum for my fitness level
Fitness? You look like a nerd lol
I returned to the state, "not enough"

bro didn't even put an option for below 5 hours
HOW LUCKY ARE YOU to get sm sleep you don't even like consider that
Depends, nowadays I either sleep 3-4 hours (more often) or I sleep 8-12 hours. I find if I don’t go to sleep before the strain in my eyes happens I wake up paralyzed or I have nightmares or dream about being paralyzed or all 3.
Used to be 8. Still aiming for 8 nightly but I’ve been putting in 6.5hrs which works too.
i will get a lot more than usual this next week
Roughly 6 hours, these days. I'd prefer 8 but, I always end up going to bed at sun-up and I don't wanna sleep the day away.
Most nights I don't get any more then 5 hrs.
That doesn't sound good
Your core temperature is probably too high... you could try to look into collagen supplements. For some reason they do that. If that doesn't work come back and talk to me. I got other tricks
I'm a doctors worst nightmare. An intelligent person who can read
Very leas because I find myself doing nothing but sleep ain't coming
Barely any, but I still feel energized through out the day so ig I’m lucky
usually... around 6 to 7 hours
I wake up after 6 hours and then realize it's still dark out. And I'm groggy. So I just go back to sleep. That last 1-2 hours of sleep is heaven. Loads of dreams, ideas coming to me, and then I wake up truly refreshed
Usually 6-8 hours of sleep for me.
4 to 6 on a good night.
maybe 5 hours on a good nite.
