How much hours of sleep do you get?

Usually aim at about 7 (midnight to 7am), however since having kids, my youngest more often than not will wake up between 2-4am. After a change and some milk they will sleep again till 6am/6.30

Seven hours usually. Sometimes six, sometimes eight. I recommend eight.

About 4 to 5 hrs of sleep. Got a dog (real) that thinks I have the word “sucker” tattooed on my forehead. So she is controlling. LOL
