i got covid 💯💯💯 💪💪💪😮💨😮💨😮💨

Yup. 2020 first wave.
Got sick in hospital. Three days in was moved to ICU. Two more days and I was in a coma on a ventilator. Lost 3 months and my leg below the knee. Was in hospital 6 months total. Recovery still in progress after 3 years.
It's a real illness. I don't think it's as much of a problem as the governments tried to convince us of. I think the arbitrary way every freedom in the civilised world was taken away and not one population rose up against the tyrannical orders and overthrew the dictators who imprisoned us in our own homes with no evidence our movements were responsible for the spread of the virus is far more dangerous than the virus that flooded my lungs and stopped my heart.
Literally.
I needed extended CPR - 4 hours of it - to resuscitate me after I went into full cardiac and respiratory arrest as a result of my body's reaction to Covid. It's called a cytokine storm. The body's immune system ends up attacking itself to try to eradicate the virus.
Trust me. The way we handed our freedom to the bastards in power is infinitely more terrifying than the thought of having COVID again. Considering it almost killed me last time, maybe that says something?
I've had it a few times... perhaps every year, but every single time except the first time, they were just a couple of days, and more of a regular cold
first time was around four or five days
I've heard from a lot of people here, and also around the world that this COVID in particular can be really annoying for around a full week or so... so, make you pill up and drink lots of liquid too
bro I thought covid was done
these are like flu and influenzas... could keep coming back from time to time
I was probably carrying it for awhile without symptoms. My family had it then they got cured then I got it from them. For 2-3 weeks I could barely drink or eat anything. Food tasted muted with understones of germ-x and I only drink water or juice and that tasted like pure bug spray. (I’d cry and whine through out that time in fear I couldn’t enjoy anything ever again. I was severely dehydrated.) Luckily I never got really sick.
I had in the second year when the homeschooling came to an end, and Drama Queen started to bring viruses home again :D
I was sick for two standard weeks with some headaches following the next few months. I got covid twice this year, during spring and autumn, but it was mild and had no aftereffects.
Oh hell no
@serenalovesramen
I don't complain... having a kid in high school means she meets a lot of people. She doesn't get sick but sells sometimes things to me :D

I never masked or got jabbed. Since 2020, I've been to lots of things like dinners, parties, events and even large gatherings of 100s of other unmasked, un-jabbed people and never gotten sick.
I don't know how anyone knows if they got covid since the tests can't detect it. Since 2000, everyone who gets sick thinks it's covid. Colds and flu miraculously disappeared.
I had an upper respiratory thing in Nov 2019 with symptoms that sound like SARS-Cov-2, but it tapered off after a few days and disappeared in two weeks. I just treated it like any other illness and let it pass. Nobody had heard of covid yet.
I told you you had it ! See?
I've had it 3 times , but 2 and 3 were NOTHING.
Number 1 , I'm rapt I had coz it pumped my immune to an awesome level , I've really never been sick since 3 years , real bad 14 days ( mostly in bed or lying on Sofa ) and 7 days kinda just super lazy , now that I'm though that , just so happy that I had it.
Prior to vax ( which I dont think mattered by the way ) but on every measure never been healthier.
quit the yapping
Yes I had it once, bad chills the first night to the point I felt cold even in a hot shower, then I lost my sense of smell completely and my taste for about 5 to 7 days, then I was fine. I couldn't even smell a scented candle lit right under my nose lmao
i feel dead
Are you taking meds?
nope
Should take some Advil complete
Had it twice.
The first time, it didn't show any symptoms but I got myself checked nevertheless just to find out that I was positive. Recovered within a week.
The second time, I had mild cough and cold with some back ache. Took me two weeks to recover.
Is it a new strain that has got you? How do you feel?
this my first time having covid, i feel like shit
Food and Vit C. Make sure you get plenty of it in you. Also, inhale steam.
thanks for the tip ❤️
No worries.
Stress lany sy insan khatam ho jata h
@Samrasheihk bina liye bhi zindagi nhi chlti. I try to minimise it though
Once. I had a really bad fever for a couple days and then a dry cough for 6 weeks. It actually wasn’t bad for me.
What I don’t like is they said I had to get vaccinated when I was already immune to a strain. I would have rather opted for a test to detect immunity.
I don’t like getting pumped with vaccines if I don’t have to. I already wore masks when I worked outdoors. I picked up that trick working landscaping.
I also already socially distance. I only allow those I trust to be close to me. Strangers can maintain a 6ft rule.
My friend's entire family had it when it first got here and they only had it for about a week. All they took to get rid of it was Robitussin CF and Tylenol.
Another friend of mine got it last week and he was already getting over it about 3 days later.
bruh
Gesundheit!
Nope. I never caught COVID, the common cold, or influenza since the pandemic started. I never took the experimental COVID vaccines, I never wore a mask for COVID, Florida didn’t lock down and I’ve been outside everyday living a normal life. The only thing I do is not touch my face when out in public and I wash my hands properly. Aside from that I get sunshine and exercise everyday.
Had it twice. I was lucky and it didn’t affect me much. Lasted maybe 5-7 days, I more just felt like I could feel an irritated spot in my lungs where it would have hit me worse if I wasn’t vaccinated. Getting the vaccine AND a flu shot at the same time had me feeling way worse, I don’t recommend doubling up unless you have nowhere to be for like 36 hours. But it overall wasn’t bad, and having an excuse to keep to myself for 5 days was nothing short of amazing.
about a week. Felt like I lost kickboxing while hungover and fell down a flight of staires. then my body forgot it has to breathe so I went to the ER. 2 hours in the hospital getting monoclonal antibodies then I walked out and I was fine.
don’t say that
Which part? All of the above is accurate. Oh and I can't smell yeast anymore.
Never but I was paranoia personified at the peak
N95 mask, fume hood and gloves to go out, in fact if a hazmat suit had been available I'd probably have bought one
I froze every letter for a day before opening it and outside packaging was burned just to be safe
hell nah
I got it once, and it lasted a good week and a half. Hope you feel better soon
thanks 🙏
Currently still have it, got mine on Christmas eve and I'm getting on the better end of it now. The last real prominent thing left is the muscle aches.
to much words i have to read
i had it back in April. for like a week? and then the last effects of it for over a month. that was my first time getting covid. it took me like 3 years to even get it
same this my first time having it
I don't believe so. Perhaps I had the omicron which was like a long headache/cold. So I had a cold or covid, whichever.
oooo
Once during exam season in 2022, so around October. Lasted two weeks. The second was exam season in 2023. My body actively despises me 😊
o hell nah
I had it for a week, the taste/smell loss was gone for about two. i had one very intense day of fever symptoms and stayed in bed all day.
Over all it wasn't a pleasant experience. hope i never get it again.
you made me scared now
Yup it sucks. But stay on top of those vaccines.
i got it again. first time 1-2 mon, now it's like a week.
whole family got it, it's blowing like wildfire amoungst those I know... but only like the flu for most, some more severe like losing taste, others minor cold.
Thanks China!
Yes - and for 30 days. Just a bad cold as it seemed
bruh
Caught covid twice... Each time, 3 days and i was done. It sucks when its more severe for other people.. im glad it was never severe for me.
lucky boi
I have had Covid twice, lasted up to 5 days each time. Probably would be more difficult had I not been vaccinated.
My parents and brother have had it 3 times.
I had it before the vaccines. Was bad for about four days. Sense of smell returned in nine days.
damn
No, but I have known many that have, and of course all of them are or were anti-vaxxers.
ooof
Yes I had for week I was out of school for week and half. It was in January 2021.
ooof
I never have to my knowledge, but if I have, then it wasn't noticeable enough.
I had Covid for a couple of weeks but then I sold it on Ebay
Yeah. Had it for two days. It was.. not the flu 😅
Lasted two weeks in total (including the loss of smell)
it was terrible for about a week
had symptoms for months.
bro don’t say that
it was like a cold.
I felt bad for a couple of days and then got better.
No big deal.
ITS NOT A BIG DEAL
it is
was in the hospital 10 days, but it took almost a year to get better
don’t say thatttt
Yes I have. It lasted a couple of weeks. I am multiple vaccinated
The ramen is waiting for you, get well fast to have it 😊
I did have covid from 2 years ago, it took me more than 1 month to fully recover...
Oh hell no
Not all cases are the same miss serena, some will heal after a week or two...
I also didn't have the vaccine shots...
Had it over a year ago now or so, haven't had it since. Had it maybe a week. Wasn't bad at all for me
Nope and never will. Skill Issue.
shut up
I don’t know, probably wouldn’t even notice if I did
As far as I know I never had covid.
