1. I dislike the way I feel right before having them.
2. I dislike the first day that I hurt a lot and the only thing that makes it bearable is if I force myself to exercise.
3. I dislike how I get other random body pains (joints hurting) during it.

Getting horrible migraine headache the day before it starts. That's worse than the period itself.

Out all the things, I hate that my face will get pimples at times. Usually a day or two before.

I hate when I'm breastfeeding and having my period because it causes cramps that are similar in pain to labor so it's literally crazy painful for 5-7 days. Having a period regularly doesn't bother me even regular cramps are fine

The acne, anemia, fatigue, anxiety, bloating/constipation and I always feel uglier on my period days. Blame the hormones 🤷🏻‍♀️
