I don't know around 5'9, 5'10, don't know my exact weight as I haven't weight myself for a while but I do manual labor for a living so I'm in pretty decent shape since I basically workout everyday.

6' 230lbs. Aside from the missing leg I'm in decent shape. Broad at the shoulder (52" chest) narrow at the hip (38" waist).

until this year i was almost perfect in physical shape
i am 5'10 and i was always between 70-80 kg range with high muscle mass (i am a heavy eater so my weight was ever changing)
due to medicines and alchohol abuse i got too much weight this last year and i need to lost it.

5'7" 250 and I hiked a mile uphill at 7000 feet elevation after laying in bed and smoking cigarettes for a year during covid while laid off work, so I'm pretty spry for fat guy
