I have a scar from open heart surgery I had the operation at nine years old I could have died from having it because I could have had a heart attack or a stroke I am still working on loving my scar but itβs hard at times
You are here and living and that scar is proof of what you went through and to value and live your best life. Wear that scar proudly.
Thanks I will take your advice and use it π
Depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, ptsd etc. I'm on antidepressants again, the last one didn't work too well. This will be my 4th time trying therapy next week, hope it goes okay 👍
I hope so too and wish you the best π I don't know if you need to hear these words, but in life I know it can feel lonely and that no one understands you, but if you try to reach your hand out, there will always be those willing take your hand and help support you π

depression combined with autism wasn't the best experience you can dream about :D
but I'm still here. All is good now
Yeah and I what I got is that your job is one of the most difficult jobs out there and you're extremely good at pattern recognition, so I would say your autism might have been a blessing in disguise.
Glad you're still here π
@HawkPerception thank you...
Severe debilitating Migraines that would rob me of my speech and cause such searing pain it was like a throbbing red hot poker embedded into one side of my skull.
Sorry to hear. That sounds extremely painful π
The self-doubt and insecurity that infects most young men as a teenager/young 20s. It impacted my success in life at an early age and it took some time to sort that out and conquer it.
Later in life a righteous case of PTSD from work and having front row seats to some horrifically violent events and deaths. I have come a long way but PTSD is the gift that keeps on giving and it never really goes away, you just learn how to live despite it and by making positive changes and changing your thinking.
in past I used to have depression, it made me give up on everything for certain time
therapy helped n I overcame it
Glad to hear you overcame it π
as a very young kid and earlier teen...
- depression, anxiety, OCD, germophobia, and being way smarter than the average, lol
