What's the highest weight a girl of 5'4 should be at?

Everyone has different body composition, and muscle-to-fat ratio, so there isn't a one size fits all. But I'd say 160. That's the highest I've been at my height which is 6"4 and I only looked a bit overweight, not fat.

@Mpodere That's not my weight anymore, and no. I'm 5"4. Never, even at 160 did I look even close to obese.

@Mpodere Weight also doesn't always represent fat either. My weight went up when I started taking the gym more seriously. And I've seen so many other 5"4 women who have a higher weight than 160 and are legitimately gorgeous, like model level. It all has to do with where the fat goes on your body and how much muscle you have which manipulates how you look. One in particular is 167 lbs and looking at her you'd guess maybe 130.

you're right, I read that you were 6'4 -- of course it depends on the fat mass %.
I am 5'11 and I weigh 165, this is a good ratio but if you see me most likely you would say I weigh 175-180

@Mpodere Interesting. My younger brother is 5"8 and he's 200 Ibs and he also looks perfectly proportionate.

Anyway, it's just annoying how people will judge how fat a girl is based on her weight without even seeing her. Like, it seems so many people can't comprehend proportions and muscle.

@Mpodere Well, I don't know what you look like or what your build is, but for that height, I'd guess somewhere around 180-190
