Ways to colon cleanse?

What is the best way to colon cleanse like a juice or something I can make for colon cleansing and resetting your gut and also it can involve bowel movements

I am not sure that is a good idea. Your entire digestive system is an ecosystem with countless things living inside of it, their well-being is required for you to be healthy since you work in a symbiotic relationship. "Cleaning" your colon and either getting rid of them or disrupting their habitat is not going to improve your health.

If it comes to "resetting" your gut I think your best bet is the new bacterial pill they are developing or otherwise having a "fecal transplant". Yepp, sounds gross, and kinda is, but that is about as far as our medical field has gotten in establishing a healthy "gut flora". Point is that it works and has very good promise for making humans much healthier as the medicine is developed further.
