Meditation does NOT change the brain size but it does indeed do something to the brain but not in terms of size shrinking or expanding.
It may increase the cortical thickness in the hippocampus, which governs learning and memory, and in certain areas of the brain that play roles in emotion regulation and self-referential processing. Tests found also that there were decreases in brain cell volume in the amygdala, which is responsible for fear, anxiety, and stress.
But nothing indicates that the brain volume actually changes. Meditation not only changes the brain, but it changes our subjective perception and feelings as well.
I think it only improve the signal connection within neurons like you can focus better etc
100% correct.
All the people saying your brain does not increase in size clearly don't know how to fact check with Google. Your brain muscles can be trained like any other muscle and when you use your mind in any way, the parts of your brain responsible for those actions does grow in size. Not to the point where your skull will explode from the inside, but it does grow.
Any increase or decrease in the size of your brain is a serious medical problem. Go see a doctor
