If I actually ever have one, it's morning in winter and in summer in the noon.
Reasons are simple. Winter is cold, summer is warm. Summer means sweating and needing a cool down at some point in the day.
Winter is the opposite, when it comes to later on in the day I just want to be warm and wrapped up.
Also a big factor in both these choices is I have my showers cold or mild. Sometimes randomly I prefer warm tho. Never hot that's awful.

I shower both times a day, and at least that...

For me it's both. I'll take one in the morning and then later on I'll take a short one to wash off the sunscreen and sweat from me being outside.

I rinse off in the morning after or go to the gym, but with no hair washing. I wash my hair and body at night to avoid getting my sheets dirty

depends. work days i shower at night because i wake up really early and don't enjoy showering at 5am

weekends, i shower at night and in the morning
