For me 2am showers hit different. Don't ask why I'm up at 2am but its different. I like showering in low light too. maybe with music if I'm feeling it. What about y'all?

+1 yAll of the above? Nearly always right before bed unless I did at dinner and haven't really done anything since then. I work out in the morning, so not til I'm done with that, and weekends I'm usually doing charity 5k/10k/half marathons, so not til I'm done with that, but if I go home and chop wood or work in the garden I may shower twice, after the 10k and after the garden/wood, or just go straight through and take a long shower afterwards. It's not uncommon to take multiple a day, especially in the summer.

As for me I mostly shower at night & I also shower in the morning if needed & on days where I workout or work in the yard I shower it up afterwards.
I sing in the shower as well however I usually scare the water.

+1 yI am a night showerer that way I can lather myself up in soothing lotion, and sit in a towel or robe until I'm fully dry. If I shower in the morning/during the day then get dressed my skin gets all itchy and I can't stand the feeling of putting clothes over damp skin.

u +1 yI must wash my hair every day. And I refuse to use a blow dryer on my hair. If o to bed with wet hair, I will wake up with bed-head and that can only be fixed by washing my hair once again, so - with occasional exceptions - I only shower in the mornings.

m +1 yboth, night and morning... at least
especially during the hot Texas' summers
morning is a must... because I need it to really wake up and get going with my day, as cold as possible as well... and then at nights, I just like to feel fresh before I get in the sheets20 Reply
+1 yI shower in the morning. I sweat a lot, so if I don't shower before I leave the house, I feel dirty. In the summer, I shower at morning and night. I never used to have this problem until I got diabetes.
I sweat in the weirdest places, lol

+1 yAbsolutely relaxing in a Jacuzzi or taking a shower at night with my LED strips all around the ceiling and around the shower, I have usually a couple good smelling candles going this time I shower, and love me some low light shower I don't know why it's more sensual I don't even think that showering is extremely Central on its own however like you really kind of just get immersed in just the water and not everything else for a while

+1 yNight of course, usually 9:00pm. I don’t understand why some folks gahn showering in the morning like they’re going to some massive Indian kinsenyeta. Shower, get dirty, go to bed dirty and turn said bed into sewage wasteland. What kind of wacky pack kid’s meal schedule is that? And doing both night and morning is just a waste of wotar, I mean have you seen the Colorado River? Well maybe you live in Madagascar so it’s not a big deal to you but-
well there it is.

+1 yShower at night. It makes more sense and getting out of the house in the morning is so much better when you're already showered.
In the summer though, I'll shower in the morning and at night.

+1 yI shower in the morning after my workout. However, if am working outside, I tend to rinse before bed.
I cut down four dead trees today and piled the wood, so there is no way I am heading to bed in my current condition. LOL

+1 yI shower in the mornings. It wakes me up, puts me in a more positive head space, and sets me up for success for the rest of the day. I tend to shower in the night if I sweat a lot in the day or got pretty dirty.

+1 yboth morning and night... its refreshing when you go for work in the morning.. u will feel fresh, during night it will make you feel again clean before going to bed... but if you have cynus problem then at night is enough along with trying to take bath before 6 pm.. helps out a lot
