Isn’t beauty from within? I exercise to improve mind, body and spirit so naturally it makes me look- but perhaps more importantly- FEEL, better.

Yes. I do it for both & more. But my main reasons for exercising is for looks & mental health.

Both. I do it for health And it's part of my job. The bonus is I like the way I look as well.

I've discovered my vanity grows more with each passing year and health is not permanent either. Exercise is the antidote for both.
