Why could this be?

My stomach hurt after I had a bowel movement last night. I had a stomach ache yesterday and I have it again now. It sometimes causes gas. Especially this morning I felt like I wanted to go to the bathroom, like I was going to have diarrhea, but I couldn't. Why could this be?

Does it have anything to do with dairy? Like milk, cheese, cottage cheese, icecream etc? Are you lactose intolerant maybe?

Have you eaten anything? Any similar things just before the pains?

Could be an intolerance to something. Or could be gastro.
