Girls, how old where you when you got your first massage?

I am 22 and I never had a sports massage before in my life.

I simply don't have the need yet to have my body manipulated because to me, a sports massage should be done when there is something wrong with your body such as a back pain or muscle issues somewhere in your body.

You can achieve much more than a 20 minutes sports massage if you are outside on a regular basis, do some exercises, jog, walk, run or swim and it is much cheaper than to pay money for someone to press on a muscle or two and possibly harm you more than to help you.
