audio books. i have a tendency to otherwise just think about the workout and how exhausted i might be during the workout (i jog and walk for the most part.) when i listen to an audiobook during my workout i get so into it that i just keep workingout with no problems. for exampel i wanted to run a mile for my first time once but when i was listening to an audiobook while i was doing it i ended up running longer than just a mile.
I actually watch YouTube videos or documentaries while exercising. I have a better attention span when I exercise and watch something.
I started by watching MMA while on my own treadmill. Once i started running outside, music was my best choice. Now, i could do audiobooks or podcasts, or music, or MMA that i’ve already watched. I kinda dig the options until i remember buying cat food. Ell oh ell!
Sometimes. What I'll listen to depends largely on my mood, energy level, what I've currently been listening to, etc. But today for instance, I didn't listen to anything while working out.
I listen to different kinds of music. I listen to rock anthems from the 70s. Protest songs from the 60s and Rick and roll from the 50s.
Somebody wants to be Rick rolled and might not even know it!
I’m old, and i get it. What you have is special. Ell oh ell!

I always listen to music when I’m working out I like to just pop in and listen to my K-pop music or 1950s music
Mainly music, but sometimes nothing at all when I am biking, just the birds and the crickets.
While running I do not because I want to be aware of my surroundings. In the gym no for the same reason. At home, I do listen, usually to something like Beethoven's 3rd.
Dificult to do as I am swimming.
There are waterproof ear pods now.
I don’t use them… yet. I just saw someone in the pool with them and had to ask.
I am going to get some ideas from here: www.pcmag.com/picks/the-best-waterproof-headphones
It really is a brave new world when companies advertise athletic equipment to computer geeks!
Ell oh ell!
Sometimes, but not always.
