Bandaids were made that original tan color to match skin, to be less noticeable.

Now they've made different options so people with different color skin besides just tan can have that same part of bandaid appeal (being less noticeable).

I don't see the issue with the change. They (finally) realized their product had a feature that only appealed to people with certain color skin, so they expanded that feature to appeal to more people with different skin colors. Simple.

Whenever you order something in a “nude” color, that means it’s supposed to blend into your body as if you were nude, but in a majority of cases that only works for white people. Black people are entitled to a similar level of service, to deny them things that blend into their skin but not deny white people is its own kind of racism.
