Hearing voices, being paranoid, thinking that people have powers like mind reading over you, are just awful.
My great grandmother had it and it was awful.

Audiovisual schizophrenia. You have a low grasp on reality, nobody really can or want to help you, and you likely will refuse treatment anyways
Otherwise I'd say BPD. 80% attempt suicide by 30, about 10% succeed. You put yourself at extreme regular risk, destroy your life and happiness and isolated yourself to the point if you're in the 10%, you're gonna likely die alone and unwanted. My girl has this and it hurts to watch
schizo or bipolar depending on the person but i wouldn't really compare mental illnesses like that. it's gonna be different for everyone and a lot of them are comorbid
and dementia is more of a brain disorder than a mental illness
From your list, trauuma, ptsd.
But worse is the real syndrome listed at psychology website.
Journalist Fareed Zakaria, moreover, defined TDS as “hatred of President Trump so intense that it impairs people’s judgment.”2
I think depression.. had it.. a lot of suicidal thoughts… so grateful to have made it through to the other side!🙏
Yeah I have depression and it does suck. I'm trying to pull through but some days are hard.
Aww thank you. I appreciate that! 🙏

The hearing voices one or hallucinations? Those folks are downright unstable aka the type they put into secure facilities for them and for society benefit from their own you know crazy voices "the voice are telling me to do things" crash crazy so I'm glad I'm sane and I'm glad worldwide their exists isolated secure mental health facilities for those special humans :) humanely
You do know there are people who have it that manages it well through medication right? Not all schizophrenics are unstable. But it is one of the worst ones to have without the medication to stabilize folks with it.
For me, dealing with overthinking and self-esteem issues can feel overwhelming at times, because it traps me in my own mind and creates a sense of constant doubt. It’s like battling your own thoughts, which can be exhausting. But I also realize that other people struggle with different challenges, and no illness is easy. And i cry while taking shower there is no reason to cry but i just cry in shower.
I voted schizophrenic as well. That sounds like one hell of a thing to deal with compared to the rest.
I remember dealing with them on public transportation in my college days. My psychologist professor told me they were doing experiments on them because they give off a smell... like wrapping them up in suits to see what was causing the stink.
Panic disorder. Because you're putting yourself and others in fucked up situations. Like for example going through with falsely accusing someone of whatever their panic disorder decides they did and go through with telling the police and serving the guy an ex parte PPO
Also TDS
The one where you can’t rest have any peace that you can’t even sit down for long because you’re freaking out that’s the worst. Or is that just like having a panic attack?
That could be having a panic attack but that could also be several of the mental illnesses mentioned. I know schizophrenia makes you go insane not knowing what's real or not and so does Dementia.
Yes me too.
Yes I'm fine. Thanks for asking.
Schizophrenia or borderline personality disorder. Both can be treated but not very effectively.
That's so true. Didn't think about that.
I wouldn't know as I haven't experienced them myself, other than maybe ADHD, which tons of people have in this day and age of constant media distractions.
I would assume it's either schizophrenia or dementia out of those options though.
I have ptsd from an abusive relationship and I have been struggling with sleeping/anxiety for years… I have about 1-2 nightmares a night where I wake up sweating and frantic. It’s pretty bad.
I'm sorry
It’s ok I go to therapy but I’d say it’s not the worst but it definitely drastically impacts your life. If you see pictures of me from before the relationship my face looks different and my eyes.
I'm so sorry for your loss!
When suffering from one, due to subjectivity, there is no worst mental illness than the one we experience
Without a doubt dementia. Not only does it destroy your loved ones, but it destroys everyone who cares about that person. To watch someone you love admire and respect suffer a living death is unfathomably cruel to everyone.
I think all of them are bad and they all can’t be ranked from wort to best to have. They vary from person to person.
I would have to agree with you on "schizophrenia"...
But I'm ex military... PTSD is a really hard thing to live with too.
It doesn't exist.
it's a scam designed to shut people down, and mental health professionals are sexist, racist and bigoted.
They would allow a positive bias of somebody to affect their treatment of somebody. for instance, they decide how to treat somebody who looked like Kylie Jenner better than anybody else. And only based on how she looks.
Is having to inject politics into every topic a mental illness?
For me, it was my wife's delusionality... which was caused by a mixture of anti-depressants and anti-psychotics, deliberately given to her by govt-controlled psychiatrists.
Depends, they all have their own scales and stages that affects anyone differently
They're all bad :( I have autism anxiety and mild depression :(
Other (for example multiple-personality disorder). There are many other much worse ilnesses.
Probably schizophrenia
Pedophilia, for sure.
That isn’t what a mental illness is 🤦♂️
Of course it is. Check DSM-5.
Well shit, I stand corrected.
Word has it that the political left wants to make it a normative sexual orientation. You might be having difficulty with that. Perfectly understandable.
Only the political right beliefs that 😆
Of that list, I'd say dementia
Schizophrenia
Body dysmorphia
Narcissistic personality disorder
Thinking you're in a wrong body
I have to agree.
Depression because it’s the deadliest
liberalism.
Depression sucks
Indeed it does
My mental illness. Anxiety it can ruin your life
I want to say DID disorder
I agree
Personality disorder
Racism
Psychiatry is a mental ilness!
TGS.(Trump Groupie Syndrome !!!)
BPD.
Feminism
Agreed
Cowardice
Cowardice?
Being a Trumpster.
Trumpism.
Or the syndrome caused by news companies, " repeating anti trump,' until swayed.
