Psychosis/schizophrenia, and borderline personality disorder, because of the stigma surrouding thess diseases.. Viewed in such a negative light, even in mental health circles
Voted Schizophrenia because of all the hallucinations and delusions they have to deal with in everyday life.
I would say autism. It can make people totally withdrawn.
