Very low end: 150 pounds (67.1 kg)
High end: 200 pounds (90.7 kg)
Ideal weight: Around 186 pounds (84.5 kg)

As for your weight it really depends on your physical make up.
are you built like a football player or a truckie that will destroy everything in your way, all upper body, or a couch potato aka a fat blob, or an average city build.
A large build 210ish, with a low body fat, couch potato, 230/250, or an average build I would go with 165/170

When I was 6' 1", I was about 160 lbs.. By the time I got to 6' 9", I was 185.

I'd say it depends on your build. Some guys have fuller builds, some have skinnier builds. I'm pretty gangly. But most people guess me around the 210lb. mark.

Gangly = tall and long limbed. I don't think hockey would be the sport for me.
I was trying to make the point that he should just be healthy and not worry so much about his weight. Because yeah I'm probably about 40lbs. overweight. But (probably because of my build) people guess my weight to be closer to 210. This past summer I did one of those weight guessing things at the local amusement park and they guessed me at 206lbs. I just laughed as I knew they were way off.
