Oh yes - big time snorer here!

In fact my doctor is scratching his head because he can't seem to get my high blood pressure down.

He never discussed this with me during any of our visits, but the other day I received doctor's orders to have an overnight sleep study performed in a sleep study facility where I have to spend the night to see if I have sleep apnea.

Normally, no but when I'm sick, I've actually woke myself up from snoring.

  That happens with me a lot.. waking myself up... but then going back to sleep convincing myself that I will not do... After 10 min again I have to convince myself.. 😉 😜

I don't snore. I'm not thin either.
I think too many pillows and thick pillows, sleeping with the chin tucked tightly to the neck or pressure on the throat, tongue falling back, and open mouth breathing while sleeping are all causes

I didn’t used to
Then i gained a lot of weight and apparently that came with a lot of snoring

Now I lost the weight but I haven’t slept in the same room as anyone in a while so I don’t know

To my knowledge almost never since when it does happen I tend to wake myself up. But I assume i'm doing it unknowingly as well if I have a cold.

When I sleep on my back, yes. Occasionally but not often when I sleep on my side or stomach. So I never sleep on my back.
