What is the best lip balm for extremely chapped lips?

I am only 25 years old but developed extremely chapped lips i don't drink or smoke or do any drugs, can my lips ever become smooth with the right products

your lips are cracked because you are either a) very dehydrated b) are in cold temperatures that dry your lips out (and you dont moisturize your lips) c) lick your lips too much
could be a combo too. decide what makes most sense

also use lipbalm, and make sure it's not the kind that actually dries your lips out (some litterally do ironically). you probs will need an extra hydrating one.

I've always found Burts Bees to be very good, and there are a variety flavours if you want them.

Coconut oil with chamomile.
Melt half cup of white coconut oil (it's already an emulsion) but don't make it too hot (50-70C), soak 3-4 chamomile tea bugs in and wait 10 minutes. Remove and squeeze the bags, put the cup of oil in the fridge.
Salvia tea works as well but I think it's not obtainable that easy.

In my experience I try Maybelline lip balm I can testify this lip balm from Maybelline does wonders. I myself struggle with super And I mean super chapped lips. Until my friend recommends me this lip balm.

I like CarMex do you keep your lips moist or something maybe that's what is happening or do you bite on them but anyway try CarMax it's good for winter and summer and it really does the job
