Is it difficult to maintain good hygiene on your menstruation 🩸, than normal days?

Changing my feminine product every time I use the restroom. My mom told me to do that years ago. Just because it says it lasts up to eight hours, doesn’t mean you keep it on for eight hours. 🤢Also, (and obviously) shower every day. I shower daily anyway.

Well, it’s something we have to deal with. Plus, women have a different experience with their period. Some women (myself included) can go about their lives like normal while they’re menstruating. For others, unfortunately, it’s a more debilitating experience.

That’s not difficult, lol. I don’t want to go around, stinking. That’s why I change it change it every time I use the restroom. It’s easy peasy. 😊

It’s not just blood. The uterine lining literally sheds. It’s a combination of blood and that tissue. So, don’t worry. We’re not bleeding to death. 😅
