Yes of course you can eat as many natural foods as you want in a day and they will fill you up and gradually push the bad foods out of your day.
There are healthier smoothies you can make, blueberries are healthier than bananas and kale is healthier than blueberries, but you can drive yourself crazy with that stuff, so don't worry about that for now, just be happy having the banana smoothie instead of cookies.
Very much so, bananas are packed with potassium, which is essential for heart health and muscle function.
