A few hours ago. I take some medicine that knocks me out!! I have to take it every morning then I fall asleep again just after waking up 🙄 then a few hours later I am fighting to stay awake at 4

I don't. I get a good 8 hours sleep every night. Once I'm up, I'm up.
If I take a nap, I fall sound asleep and it's hard to wake up.
Waking up once a day is hard enough. LOL
