Yeah, you've got to watch those. My friend's hubby had something that turned into a massive cyst and he was terrified to have it lanced, but it had to be done. Ask your barber to help you pick out a good razor if you don't know what to pick for yourself.

I think it happens because the razor is too sharp
I use these ones with 5 blades
