Should I take pain meds?

I have a mild headache. I have a theory that it’s healthier to not take medication. Maybe when I’m older, if I need it, I’ll take it.

Just avoid those synthetic painkillers, like 'Aleve' or 'Tylenol', etc. Aspirin is okay.

I don't really get much pain.

I look after myself.

Although pain is an interesting thing. Some can be quite psychological in nature, and requires processing, ie feeling the pain. In my view it is quite likely that unprocessed psychological pain can eventually turn into physical pain if it is not dealt with.

I did have some tooth pain when I drank freezing cold water recently though. But it seems to have passed. As long as there's nothing you need to see the dentist for, you should be okay.

Sometimes I get a bit discomfort, and think it's because my wisdom teeth are shifting or coming through a little bit more.

I have little niggles but I manage them. I believe I can even fix those with better habits.

When I was younger my body was falling apart and I got quite a lot of pain and general sickness. Now I know how to heal myself. Prevention is better than cure.

Yes, I try to too. I usually don’t have pain actually. I think eating healthy and somewhat staying active helps. I’ll just experience headaches every now and then. But yes, prevention is key.

The depends on the level of pain. I only take them as a last resort.

Rather than to set rigid boundaries or only address symptoms, it’s better to address the cause. Consider factors such as stress, poor sleep, allergies, caffeine withdrawal, etc. If it’s mild, I’m sure you can handle it.
