actually... there's gut bacteria does play a great role in the mind-body health relationship...
so, there's some "truth" to that saying, that "you are what you eat"
one thing I noticed personally was about how... eating more junk food would actually fire up my depression and anxiety... lol (especially when I cut off Coca~Cola) and eating more times a day but smaller portions and healthier meals helped a lot too
I thought the heart was for all emotions ! I'll try not to be too emotional from now on to protect my other organs.

When we simply being lazy to have breakfast in morning and so we keep hungry to ourselves just because we don't want to cook, It enhances our anxiety levels.
When we are hungry or thirsty. It causes irritation or anger sometimes without reason or over silly things.
If we are unable to have a proper sleep. That also keep us irritated and angry whole day.
How do I epitomise that? , “To be, or not to be, that is the question.. .
It affects them in a mental way.
