I wash the bedsheets and pillow covers at least once a week often daily. I have a rotation of bed clothes different colours. The actual pillows i bin every year along with duvets.

I never have. I have a hypoallergenic & waterproof pillow sleeve, and then a pillow case over that. I wash the sleeve & pillowcase often.

Mine are in water proof cases inside pillow cases. They stay clean.

I wash the cases and sealed inner cases once per week. I do not recall washing the pillows themselves. If they ever get to that point or the foam no longer bounces back I will toss and buy new ones.
