• Fetus cholesterol sounds weird enough for a medical study; I see this as a possibility.
• Medicated for depression? I think not. I thought South Korea and Japan would rate higher in this.
• Vaping? Not sure. Could be.
• Spoiled fruit and veggies seem plausible, to be honest. This would be my second guess if not for the last one.
• Ultra-processed food in the diet? Yeah, this sounds like the U. S. and U. K. would be leading, with Italy being far behind in this. Indonesia and South Korea sound plausible as well, followed by South American countries. Yeah, this or spoiled food. I also think they are connected.
